In most states that is what its used for, if you try to use the EBT card on anything but food it will be declined, Massachussets is the only state I know of that allows you to do this.

But they are 100% funded by the Federal government. In other words we all pay for the Democrat's vote buying in Mass.

The only answer now is to cut off all handouts completely. You cant fix a system this broken.

According to the USFDA, none of the idiot blogs you linked to are correct. You cannot buy tatoos, manicures, or other non-food item using SNAP, so the idea of opposing such laws is grandstanding.

It is difficult to get food stamps.
You have to be very poor, and you still have to buy them.
They are not free, and only unless you are a woman with dependent children, you have to work or apply for jobs.
There is no significant abuse of the SNAP program.
