I've never heard of "Conservative Review", but looking around their site, they jump out as a pack of loons. Useful idiots for Putin.

The standard of conservative ratings is the ACU.

Kevin McCarthy has a lifetime ACU rating of 84.18%.

Liz Cheney has a lifetime rating of 76.64%.

Elise Stefanik, who replaced Cheney as the GOP Conference Chair, has a lifetime rating of 48.35%.

Steve Scalise, the GOP majority leader, has a lifetime rating of 92.19%.
