Police say 49-year-old Alex Bonilla broke into his neighbor's Bell Flower, Fl. home on Sunday. He held the man at gunpoint and tied him up before cutting off the man's penis with a pair of scissors, according to ABC 11. He then fled with the appendage so it couldn't be reattached by surgeons."
