They should trying paying a living wage. $7.50 and even less for restaurant staff, isn't much incentive to work. Service staff are looking at warehouse work, and refusing to go back to restaurants for the wages offered.

Dunkin Donuts and McD's are paying $13-15/hour in this area. They STILL can't find people, because many would rather sit home and collect unemployment. (And in many cases, work under the table for cash.)
