Maybe because a great deal of "rural" areas are not sparsely populated. The "rural" county I live in has a population of over 200,000 people!

They should not control whole states. They should have a say in what goes on in the states. And they do not. I am not from those areas. Living is different in urban and rural areas. In this modern age, there are more complications that do not have to be. Our leading institutions though has been infected by the same forces of disruption that other parts of the have faced. people from the city forced to go the rural areas would face a harder chance of surviving. Yet they are stuck in their aura of superiority over others with the help of massive government expenditures that is in reality a thin veneer of power based on bullying.
