Sure, me too, but some places are not good for sledding, and some neighborhoods aren't safe for kids. What does that have to do with taking away freedoms?

Has it occurred to you that people saw too many people injured or killed because of these kinds of behaviors and said, "Hey, that ought to be a law!"
