SF, you mentioned that your date met you oustide. Did you go in and introduce yourself to her parent(s) before the date? Or did you already know them? I think it is important that girls' parents meet their dates beforehand. It is a sign of respect for the parents, and it may help the parents to know how worried they should be, lol!

No, I didnt go inside when I picked her up, I was planning on it though, but oh well. I'd sort of met her mom the week before, not her dad yet though, I think he works wierd hours.

and nt250, Im not sure about date number 2. One of her close friends is also dating a future jarhead, so there's talk of the 4 of us going somewhere. Should be...interesting.
