If I really believed that a candidate would eliminate these kinds of programs, they'd for sure get my vote. But it's a lie. The GOP wants to control society as much as the Democrats do.

President Donald Trump on Saturday afternoon openly vowed to permanently "terminate" the funding mechanism for both Social Security and Medicare if reelected in November.

The Trump campaign was apparently so satisfied with the public acknowledgement of the president's promise to make the payroll tax permanent—a move that would inherently bankrupt the Social Security system—that it clipped the portion of the press conference and shared on social media immediately after it concluded.

Getting Baby Boomers off the federal dole will be the greatest accomplishment by any U.S. president of the past 100 years.

Workers can now spend the money the government had held for their retirement from the first day of their employment. Waiting until later years to begin saving for one's old age is a much more viable system, since everyone will be diligent in this effort.

The impeached president trump claimed the authority to unilaterally stop collection of Social Security’s dedicated funding under‭ ‬26‭ ‬U.S Code‭ §‬7508A,‭ ‬upon his declaring a federal emergency.‭ ‬He understands Senate Republicans granted him the power to defund Social Security with no action from Congress when they refused to impeach him.‭

The law permits deferral for up to a year,‭ ‬which is long enough to defund and destroy Social Security disability insurance.‭ ‬If necessary he can declare additional emergencies through‭ ‬2023,‭ ‬and end all of Social Security on his own.

For Baby Boomers who rely solely on Social Security for their entire income,‭ ‬that gravy train will soon be derailed.‭ ‬Additionally,‭ ‬the days of the malingerers mooching off hardworking Americans will end months before that.‭ ‬You people might consider getting off your lazy a$$es and finding jobs.
