This should concern everyone. This is exactly how America is slipping away. To those who say " what freedoms have you lost" You are dumber than a box of rocks, you also are part of this Country's problem. Congratulations if you can't comprehend the seriousness of this . The why's the how comes, and the very fact that you might think they are crazy protestors , news flash you can not be given an attorney for any arrest. That is not our law. It use to not be our laws.

MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR-TV) - Charges of criminal trespass and inciting a riot have been dropped against Democracy Now! reporter Amy Goodman, according to her attorney Tom Dickson.

Goodman originally faced charges of criminal trespass after capturing a confrontation between Dakota Access Pipeline protesters and security guards on video September 3. That charge was dismissed October 14.

Monday, a new charge was brought against Goodman for inciting a riot. Dickson says the judge refused to sign off on the charge because there was insufficient probable cause for the charge.

Lieutenant Tom Iverson with ND Highway Patrol, says that other charges related to the September 3 event have not been filed and are under further review with the Morton County State's Attorney's Office.
