Federal charges in the Breonna Taylor case.

No, they did. They had video of him in JANUARY (two months before the raid) walking out of her house with a package that had been delivered there.
But you said he was doing it regularly.

Now it’s once?

That’s the lie.

I think you are splitting hairs to try to make the cops look bad.

They had more than enough probable cause to search her apartment. The rest is on Kenneth Walker for shooting at them.
It's not splitting hairs. Especially as the detectives claimed the postal inspector identified multiple packages going to Grover when in fact the postal inspector said the opposite. It's not an oopsie. It's an outright lie.

If they had more than enough probable cause, they would not have lied on the warrant. Since they did lie, it's a bad warrant and they should be tried for murder as a result of it.

Wouldn't count your chickens there. The dumb chick who copped a plea will go to prison, but I doubt the rest of these guys will.

All they need to do is put Jamarcus Glover on the stand. You know, he got arrested again in Louisville. After they gave him a sweetheart please agreement that involved him leaving the state, they caught him again in the city, drugs in his car, and stoned out of his mind.

Jamarcus Glover, who received probation and was supposed to leave the state as part of a guilty plea in a series of Louisville police drug raids -- including one in which officers shot and killed Breonna Taylor -- was arrested in Jeffersontown Wednesday.

Glover was charged by Jeffersontown Police with driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and expired plates, according to court records.

But Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Olu Stevens, who presided over one of Glover's drug cases, filed an order Thursday that Glover be arrested based on "cause to believe" he had violated the terms of his probation.

He ordered Glover to be held on a $5,000 cash bond.

In October, Glover pleaded guilty to a litany of crimes – mostly drug trafficking and possession – and was sentenced to five years of probation, with an eight-year prison sentence hanging over his head if he violated the conditions of the agreement.

And he had nothing to do with their lies that cost an innocent woman her life.

You mean other than her loaning him her car to run drugs in...
And letting him hide in her apartment when he was hiding from the cops
And letting him pick up his packages at her house
And him telling one of his other girlfriends that she had all his money.

She wasn't innocent. She got involved with bad men (Glover AND Walker) and it cost her.

Bullshit. She didn't die from a bad warrant. She died because her boyfriend decided to shoot it out with cops.

Her boyfriend shot at people breaking into the apartment in self defense.

Then they tried to pin murder on him. Police are sometimes out of control.

Officer failed to relay information that risked the very lives of the officers called to carry out the warrant.

Are you fucking retarded?

Cops ALWAYS assume someone in the apartment might be armed. This is fucking America, we are gun crazy. Cops have to assume anyone can pull a gun or a knife at any time.

Frankly, if this is what the Rat Godlett is claiming, that no one warned her there was a gun, then she probably never should have been a cop and really can't be considered a reliable source.

The Justice Department charged Goodlett with conspiracy for allegedly helping to falsify the affidavit for the search warrant that authorized the raid.

Defense attorneys say this kind of alleged wrongdoing—making false statements on documents like affidavits and search warrants—is almost routine among some police officers. Such misconduct “is staggeringly common,” says Joe Margulies, a criminal law professor at Cornell University and former federal defender. “These are casual falsehoods that are calculatedly inserted into an affidavit in support of a warrant application. They are practiced at this.”

Yes, how dare officers trust their instincts!

Much better to shrug your shoulders and let guys like Jamarcus Glover sell drugs on the schoolyard.

How does the jury find the defendant......?

"Well, we think he might be guilty".
