Federal Appeals Court Won’t Lift North Carolina Ballot-Receipt Extension

With the known past cheating by the Republicans in North Carolina the courts are correct in siding with caution and making sure every legitimate vote is counted.

The appeals court rejected another republican ploy to disenfranchise voters.

Last week it was Pennsylvania. This week North Carolina.

If it's taken to the Supreme Court it will be rejected again.

Imagine, the red state of North Carolina miraculously voting Biden.

What are the odds?
Speaking of odds...I'll give big odds that the "late" (i.e. past-post box stuffing) votes will favor Biden in numbers that will defy any and all statistical probability.

Yes, but there is only a 110% chance of that.

It was NOT rejected in the SCOTUS. Why are you lying about that? I hope they seat Barret this week, then revisit that ruling.

Very true.

In 2018 one of the republicans cheated so much that the election was voided and they had to have a new election later.
