While Biden was being inaugurated, the far leftists wasted no time telling him to fuck off and attacked the Democratic party HQ in Portland, Oregon.

The protesters marched to the Democratic party headquarters in southeast Portland before later moving on to the ICE facility. Activists sprayed graffiti on the ICE building, police said.

It's a federal courthouse not a state courthouse and Montana is within that federal judicial district.Has to be within Oregon's borders ... Jordon Valley in SE Oregon is fine ...
They're within the same Federal judicial circuit ... specifically the 9th ... each State has at least one Federal judicial district ...
Which means that there only has to be one federal court house for district nine.
If that federal court house happens to be in the NE corner of Montana so be it.

The 9th District court extends from Arizona all the way up along the coast to Montana.
No one ever said the that the 9th District court had to be easily accessible to the people in that district.
After all it is a federal court not a state court.

Where was your outrage when Trump used these same methods to clear out peaceful protesters over the summer so he could march to a church for a photo op with a backward bible?
