There is the possibility that those documents contained incriminating evidence against Obama, Hillary, and Biden. Like you said, he had already declassified documents about Crossfire Hurricane.
Why else would the FBI have wanted them so badly, in order to keep them out of the National Archives, where everyone could read them?
