It seems that the FBI is way too busy identifying photos of criminal trespass suspects to deal with international electronic surveillance. If they were any good at it we wouldn't be paying hacker thugs a ransom to get back our energy and food network. My guess is that the FBI needed a big bust so their friends in Europe invited them along for the ride.
