What does the FBI do in Canada?
How closely does the FBI cooperate with CSIS // RCMP?
Do we have any business in a hostile foreign country where we can't even ask a simple question of their authorities without being arrested on a non-warrant for a non-crime and jailed for eternity in a Canadian prison.
If the U.S. FBI has hired in Canada in the past, do they hire local Canadians, or would they hire U.S. citizens who live there temporarily on assignment?
I know I don't want cops showing up when I'm looking for work. They shouldn't be posting openings in a general employment site, especially outside the U.S. -- Ahh, that's where Meng Wanzhou, CFO of US-DOD-sanctioned Chinese cellphone chipmaker Huawei, was arrested. And here's another wiki article.
Plenty for a conspiracy. Personally, I believe we (in the U.S.) have been had as far as any U.S. law enforcement involvement in Canada goes.

Probably more than they do here.
The FBI goes where they want to, and has jurisdiction over US citizens
and other US interests abroad, and they work with the CIA* as well as law enforcement in every country. When Robert Mueller was FBI director under Bush, he was neck deep in all kinds of covert operations in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.
* and NSA --rampant warrantless surveillance globally.

There's an MK-ULTRA in full operation. Got to be. There's no other explanation. CIA activities in Canada - Wikipedia
Project MKULTRA
The CIA convinced the Allan Memorial Institute to allow a series of mind control tests on nine patients in the Montreal school, as part of their ongoing Project MKULTRA.[1]
The experiments were exported to Canada when the CIA recruited Scottish psychiatrist Donald Ewen Cameron, creator of the "psychic driving" concept, which the CIA found particularly interesting. Cameron had been hoping to correct schizophrenia by erasing existing memories and reprogramming the psyche. He commuted from Albany, New York to Montreal every week and was paid $69,000 from 1957 to 1964 to carry out MKULTRA experiments there. In addition to LSD, Cameron also experimented with various paralytic drugs as well as electroconvulsive therapy at thirty to forty times the normal power. His "driving" experiments consisted of putting subjects into drug-induced coma for weeks at a time (up to three months in one case) while playing tape loops of noise or simple repetitive statements. His experiments were typically carried out on patients who had entered the institute for minor problems such as anxiety disorders and postpartum depression, many of whom suffered permanently from his actions.[2] His treatments resulted in victims' incontinence, amnesia, forgetting how to talk, forgetting their parents, and thinking their interrogators were their parents.[3][4]
When lawsuits commenced in 1986, the Canadian government denied having any knowledge that Cameron was being sponsored by the CIA.[5]

Washington State legislators have authorized a medieval rack to punish, torture, maim and mutilate "violence-prone" patients in Western State Hospital in Steilacoom, Washington.

Sorry, I don't hang out with the canooks or their mounties. It's the back seat of the police car. They have too many ways to torture and punish people without a proper conviction of a crime in a court of law.
