Not in this case. What they did is gave him a cell phone they said would detonate the bomb when he called a certain #. When he called the # after dropping off the truck, he called the # and they arrested him.

Hard to call it entrapment, considering he could have NOT made the phone call to detonate the "bomb"

The "justice" dept needs a big bust to restore credibility and and here's how they work: Find some dumb assed kid who made anti-American statements to informants and cozy up to him and talk him into supporting a vague plot that the Feds actually invented. There doesn't have to be any overt acts or physical evidence. When the Feds get enough incriminating statements they call the media and arrest the "terrorist".

If he didnt try to detonate the bomg, or procure the explosives, or several other taken steps, he wouldnt have been arrested. This wasnt some guy just in on the planning, he pulled the "fake" trigger, and had plenty of places to walk away.
