Opinion spoken as fact. No one was murdered. That was made clear yesterday. Didn't you watch the press conference?
So she was tried by a jury of her peers and convicted of a crime that carries the death sentence? Is that what you’re telling me?
No that is what you want to believe.
She chose a lifestyle that is inherently dangerous, and chose to do it in her own home.
If she didn't have a piece of dog shit for a boyfriend who used her as a shield while HE shot at the police... she wouldn't be dead...that and dealing drugs.

So the boyfriend is in custody?
You skipped over the part he used her as a human shield, and they have it on video surveillance that he dealt drugs at the apartment.
You can't arrest someone for dealing drugs without physical evidence.
And I already know if you answer this post, you will skip past the fact he used her body to protect himself.
Had a buddy that did 8 years for conspiracy to distribute coke....the powdered kind.Nothing but words and money changing hands, Not a drop of dope
Different circumstance, in this case all they had was video of what appears to be ongoing drug sales. Trading small baggies for money isn't illegal until you have evidence.
Conspiracy is setting up a crime with proven intent to commit that crime, and involving more than one person.
just sayin

7. The police were at the correct house.

8. Her name was on the warrant.

The media lied to you over and over and over and some of them continue to do it to this day DESPITE THE FACTS.

No. He was arrested for attempted murder of a cop. Then they dropped the charges and let him walk.

This whole case does not pass the smell test.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Friday, Commonwealth Attorney Tom Wine asked a judge to dismiss the case against Kenneth Walker. Walker, boyfriend of Breonna Taylor, was charged with attempted murder of a police officer after he started shooting at officers executing a no-knock search warrant at Taylor's apartment.

WHAS11 has learned the charges have been dismissed. According to a court document [Commonwealth of Kentucky vs Kenneth Walker III] dated May 26, 2020, a judge dismissed the indictment without prejudice.
So the guy that shot is not in custody and not facing charges? Wow.
they had him in cuffs with a knee on his neck while they shot him in the back 57 times,,,

What do you think about the 67 young black lives murdered in Louisville in 2020 alone..and that no one talks about them at all...none.. no one cares about their lives. Doesn't fit the narrative

I don't recall you bringing it up back in February and March. But you're blaming others for not caring?

It would seem as though until they figured out how many shots were fired and who fired them....they should with hold announcing indictments either pro or con.

And there it is.... another low information narrative sheep

The only systemic racism in America is the liberal policies that packed them in like sardines in projects, underfunded their schools for decades, then dumb them down by lowering requirements to pass classes. Then refuse to hold them accountable while "attending" college and never addressing the poor performance. Only hiding it - and then have the sheer ignorance to shout why do white people out earn black people.
And THAT is systemic racism. Setting up 100,000s of black kids each year for failure for 50 years.

You quote the police. Did they knock, did they ID themselves. Did the boyfriend hear it?

I understand stupid people can be easily duped but what kind of idiot would shoot at the police through the door? Did he think they were midget policemen as the officer was shot in the leg. They found nothing so he was hiding nothing.

The police were searching a house for stupid reasons. They assumed the woman in in business with her ex-boyfriend.

I believe the cops are at fault. I do not believe their version.

Oh fuck off you white supremacist piece of shit.

So how does a school district in a poor section get their funding. You're a fucking idiot.

Trump & his asdhole Education secretary keep taking money from public school to fund their private schools.

And also - always, resort to low brow insults and faux outrage to boot.
And THAT is why we have 1,000s of people in the streets burning shit, looting stores and proclaiming a narrative they obviously don't support... at all.

where did you hear that is what happened???
I didn't. Last I heard the only way you can be executed is if you commit a crime that is punishable by death.Breonna lost her life at the hands of a cop. If she did not commit a crime why is she now dead? A trigger happy cop who has no regards for the system. Took the law into his own hands and took her life. That is murder in my book.
but she wasnt executed,,, and the cops were returning fire while serving a lawful warrant,,,
No one inside the house knew it was a lawful warrant.... which is evident, when walker calls 911, after the police sprayed gunfire in to the house and shot Breonna dead.

And when they dropped charges against Kenneth Walker for shooting his gun at the door which hit an officer on his lower leg.

I never said they did know,,,just stating facts of what happened,,,
and they never "SPRAYED GUNFIRE INTO THE HOUSE"
IT WAS AN APARTMENT THEY WERE INSIDE OF,,,

it also doesnt mean the cops murdered her,,,

You know better than that. She was killed as a result of a tragic series of events.
Who is taking responsibility for this tragic series of events?
Absolutely no one.
This needs to end.
Shit like this the reason we are having protests.
The responsibility lies soley on the shoulder of her scumbag boyfriend who got her killed because of his criminal lifestyle. He is the reason she is dead. The coward hid behind her ffs.
You are misinformed.

Her boyfriend had no record, he was clean as a whistle, and owned the gun legally, for self defense, like all white men on this site.

I know, as another clean as a whistle person, that if someone was trying to break in my front door at 12:40AM, that Matt and I were just woken up by the ruckus, I would never in a Million gazillion years, think that this gang outside trying to break in were plain clothed cops, serving a no knock warrant.

Why the hell would any cops be serving Matt or me, a no knock warrant?? And even if this gang of thugs outside, trying to break in said they were cops, Matt nor I would believe them.

They dropped charges against Kenneth Walker, because his shot FIRED, was self defense.

SHE WON a $12 million lawsuit, because cops did something WRONG.
