Blacks have been killing other blacks in larger numbers than blacks killing whites. Inner-city blacks have a very negative culture (drugs, theft, robbery, murder, gangs). That is not to say that other races don't have similar issues; just not in the numbers racked up by the inner-city black communities. Why? Well, in cities run by leftists, the black population is not given the opportunity to rise above their station in life. The leftist cities have "abortion clinics" to keep the number of blacks down, promote single parent families, as well as maintain poorly run schools, which do not foster success. In those schools they simply "socially promote" failing black students into the next upper grade in school, graduating them, even though they can barely read and write, doing them a disservice, knowing full well, how hard it is in life to succeed, being poorly educated.
There actually used to be well run, profitable black townships in the US, but racist southern Dixiecrat Democrats, burned down their townships and sold their property off. Blacks can succeed and not be violent, they just need to get rid of their leftist heads of government.
This is a vicious cycle of poor government
