Does modern terrorism remind you of Cobra comics?
Since this vignette is democracy-symbolic, I didn't feel comfy posting it in the Writing section of USMB but welcome any and all kinds of comments!

Nightcrawler (a night-vision man-creature) and Wolverine (a knuckle-bladed wolf-like hunter), two messengers from the 'dark-side' (of the universe!) decided to spy on Earth in the 21st Century and take notes about a new terrorist organization called Black Hand rising to prominence during the reign of 'TrumpUSA.' Black Hand was led by a female radical Muslim named Bena Khan, and she intended to unify anti-Hindu factions in Pakistan with a terrifying serial-killer clan in the USA led by a psychotic 'revolutionary' named Antha Stain so she could present an 'underground terrorist movement' designed to destroy TrumpUSA and recruit members of ISIS. Nightcrawler and Wolverine thought all of this geo-political intrigue revealed some interesting capitalism-theory problems/frailties. What would become of TrumpUSA?
NIGHTCRAWLER: Maybe the 1992 L.A. Race Riots was a 'precedent.'
WOLVERINE: Well, Black Hand is more like the Ku Klux Klan...
NIGHTCRAWLER: Urban management is key to modern capitalism!
WOLVERINE: Maybe TrumpUSA 'forces' can stop Bena Khan.
NIGHTCRAWLER: I wonder who'll stop Antha Stain in the USA...
WOLVERINE: What we need is patriot-soldiers who can fight like street-cops.
NIGHTCRAWLER: That's what the CIA is assembling now!
Meanwhile, Black Hand was infiltrating ranks of the Pakistani army and effectively tied Antha Stain's serial-killer cult in America to rogue ISIS members to form an 'anti-TrumpUSA' front, and suddenly North Korea was calling Bena Khan. Nightcrawler and Wolverine wondered why cricket peace-games between India and Pakistan could not be cited as therapy during this time if inflamed passions between Hindus and Muslims in Eastern Asia and Jews and Muslims in the Middle East. CNN reporters suggested that Black Hand was the new Nazi Germany.
Bena Khan was always wearing a veil, and only her two male lovers knew what she looked like with her veil removed. Bena was a devout reader of the Koran and cited passages from it while declaring TrumpUSA to be a tower of evil and perhaps even the Biblically-cited Tower of Babel. Black Hand was bent on destroying Trump Tower in United Nations Plaza in NYC as well as starting a nuclear war between India and Pakistan before TrumpUSA became some 'colosseum' of power-pedagoguery at the expense of Palestine. Would Bena Khan (and her 'friend' Antha Stain) be remembered as revolutionaries...or terrorists?
Antha Stain's cult of serial-killers preyed on the wealthy in America and prowled around the forests of the East Coast, in places like Virginia, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and even New Jersey. Antha took idiot-sons princely-heirs of Wall Street fat-cats and crucified them in the woods, sometimes going so far as to cut off their scalps as a sign that the 'New World' was not the nation of pluralism envisioned by the Founding Fathers. Antha Stain was a much more 'intelligent' rendition of Charles Manson and Helter-Skelter, and Bena Khan (Black Hand) wanted to exploit this anti-establishmentarian intrigue in modern media.
The CIA did indeed assemble an elite unit of anti-terrorist fighters who had skills to do everyday urban street-cop work, to root out terrorists planting explosives or trying to start riots in cities like Jerusalem, Johannesburg, and Jericho. Nightcrawler and Wolverine were impressed by this elite anti-terrorist unit (called 'G.I. Joes') but hoped that the CIA would hand-select/train one lone hero/sniper who could infiltrate Black Hand and simply assassinate Bena Khan (perhaps at close-range with a silencer-pistol). As the CIA began doing just that, Nightcrawler and Wolverine suggested that this expert 'lone-sniper' being recruited/trained should be given a vigilante-like name (e.g., 'Snake-Eyes').
The CIA recruited Eric O'Connor, an ex-member of the Provos IRA in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and gave him the field-soldier alias 'Snake-Eyes'(!). Snake-Eyes was masked and in uniform and always carrying an impressive silencer-pistol. Snake-Eyes' mission was to prowl around Pakistan and Palestine in search of Bena Khan and Black Hand while the CIA rooted out the 'forces' of Antha Stain's serial-killing cult. Snake-Eyes posed as a radical journalist in Pakistan and Palestine and managed to obtain an interview with Bena Khan during which he stood up, pulled out his gun from his shoe and shot Bena Khan in the head, assassinating the 'greatest' female terrorist the world had ever known. Snake-Eyes managed to escape from the clutches of Black Hand and was given a Medal of Honor by U.S. President Donald Trump.

WOLVERINE: Maybe the reign of the AntiChrist was apparent!

WOLVERINE: It seems that geo-political ideology is clouded by ego.

WOLVERINE: Bena Khan believed 9/11 was a rallying-point for revolution.
NIGHTCRAWLER: Unfortunately, Antha Stain was too psychotic/criminal.
WOLVERINE: Yes, Black Hand eventually crumbled as a 'neo-ISIS.'
NIGHTCRAWLER: Have you read Hobbes' treatise on revolution (Leviathan)?
WOLVERINE: Yes! Hobbes suggests man's nature to reinvent government is tricky.
NIGHTCRAWLER: When human nature becomes 'tricky' (or obscure) commerce fails.
WOLVERINE: We need to understand how PyeongChang Olympics treaties create hope.
NIGHTCRAWLER: Yes, those Olympics saw a vital alliance between North/South Korea!

They concluded that modern geo-political intrigue involved all kinds of 'calculations' regarding the passions/movements of human beings working to understand the fragility/sensitivity of new age social contracts (e.g., WikiLeaks). They decided that Snake-Eyes (Eric) was the real-life James Bond, and what the offbeat CIA agent of the 'G.I. Joes' accomplished for TrumpUSA would make Eric the modern-day Pat Garrett. One thing was certain --- if TrumpUSA was to be a 'beacon/tower' of capitalism-optimism, citizens and consumers would have to evaluate why terrorism arose from anti-bazaar sentiments(!).
