She interviewed current and former female inmates, one of whom said many incoming transgender inmates aren't even on hormone therapy and could get a "full erection" in a cell with women. One of the unintended, or perhaps very much intended, consequences of the proposed Equality Act is scaring women and gays out of their wits!​

”Biological males who identify as female could be allowed in all-women prisons across the nation if the Equality Act is passed and signed by President Joe Biden’s Democrat administration, “no hormones or surgery required.”

After talking to women already affected by California’s radical gender law, which is at risk of becoming national, Abigail Shrier, a journalist and author of “Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters,” told The Federalist’s Ben Domenech on Fox News “Primetime” Monday evening that “these women are terrified.”

”Congress appears to be heading full-steam ahead with the Equality Act, more accurately labeled the “Insanity Act.” As an out conservative gay man, I cannot in good conscience label this bill an “equality” act nor support it. This bill has nothing to do with actual equality for all.”

”The bill would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as federally protected classes, redefining the word “sex” in the original law to include these definitions. This sounds wonderful on the surface, but will lead to catastrophe.”

The article also lists some of the dangerous consequences of this bill:

”Endanger women’s rights and put millions of women at risk for sexual assault;

Destroy women’s sports and harm men’s sports;

Put gender-confused children at extreme risk, with no alternate paths for them allowed besides cross-sex hormones and genital amputation;

Remove constitutional protections for religious beliefs and freedoms; and

Elevate LBGTQ rights and claims over religious citizens by mandating that an LGBTQ person’s claim wins by default in cases where there is a dispute between the two.”

In specific regard to the last frightening consequence of *protected class legislation* which the Equality Act is, it flings open the door for countless lawsuits by opportunists and activists, and would allow our bottom feeding scum sucking shyster lawyers to have a field day with the law, just as they did with the unconstitutional American’s with Disabilities Act:

I don't know what your opinion is about what equal freedom and justice for all, its difference than mine, but republicans only mean what is straight, white and men.

If the Equality Act were imposed as a federal “rule of law”, it would not only subvert the human right of American citizens to be free to mutually agree in their social and commercial activities ___ it would allow federal employees to dictate almost every aspect of the American peoples’ social and commercial activities.

Do you really have an objection to people, all people, being left free to mutually agree in their contracts and social intercourse?

WASHINGTON – Rep. Jim Hagedorn (MN-01) voted against H.R. 5, liberal Democrat legislation to scrap the legal definitions of biological sex, force transgender curriculum on children, undermine parents and expand abortion.

H.R. 5 adds “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the Civil Rights Act as protected classes, revoking parental rights and consent for minor children. Legal protection under these classes would no longer require an objective standard, medical diagnosis or permanent intent.

Nothing in H.R. 5 stops a biological boy from claiming to be a girl in order to compete against girls in competitive sports. It also would open the door to transgender curriculum in schools, even without parental consent. Schools would be forced to provide biological males with access to private spaces currently reserved for females, including restrooms, locker rooms and showers.

Ignoring religious rights of faith-based women’s shelters, H.R. 5 would force such shelters to house any man self-identifying as a woman. Speaker Nancy Pelosi also politicized these provisions in the Democrats’ version of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Hagedorn voted twice for a clean reauthorization of VAWA to protect women.

H.R. 5 would revoke parental consent and normalize gender transitioning of minors, often a life-altering and irreversible procedure.

In other words, part of the "Equality Act" intentionally opens the door for government schools to brainwash innocent children, and fill their heads with sexual propaganda rather than limiting their teaching to the three Rs'

The frightening truth is, the rascals behind this so-called Equality Act, certainly want a whole lot more than the equal rights they allege to want. They also want to use government power to propagandize innocent children into embracing sexual deviant behavior.
