I don't think the squatter has any party affiliation. Social dropouts tend to not vote.


There are states that do have squatters' laws. All they have to do is convince the county that the property is abandoned, and make up to current codes improvements, and it's theirs after so many months.

You can't squat on property that's been empty for a short time. Otherwise anyone who goes away for the weekend has abandoned their property.

If it were me, I would "rent" the property to a gang of Vagos and have them move in as this woman's roommates.
