Is there a lawsuit in here? Sounds more like "voter intimidation" after the fact. The irony of his letters claim of inclusiveness of all ideologies, is rich. He should have said all ideologies that he supports. I hope a bunch of his employees sue him for fostering an intimidating workplace, based on how they freely voted.

Employers bullying employees goes on all the time. I do not believe it is illegal. They can certainly sue, but I doubt that will get them anywhere, but the lawyers will get richer.

It is nothing new. I was fired back in 2005, primarily because my leftist boss did not like my political beliefs.
