As the 2022 election approached, Trump and other Republicans were urging their voters not to cast mail-in ballots because they were claiming fraud. However, the fraud being perpetrated was from their own party, as they touted the big lie. As a result, many Republican voters did not vote by mail, and instead decided that they were going to vote on election day. Many of them didn’t vote on election day because voting was more difficult, due to the restrictions that were placed on voting. These restrictions were designed to keep Democrats away from the polls but, as it turned out, they had the opposite effect. Many Republicans did not vote, while Democrats turned out in record numbers for an off-year election.

Earlier in the year, many of us were expecting a red wave to come on November 8. Instead, it was just a trickle, and you can thank Republicans across the country for sticking their noses into the election process, in addition to running the horrible candidates that ended up on the ticket. I have a suggestion. Instead of complaining about GOP voter suppression, why don’t we all send them thank you cards. Yea, that’s the ticket. Let’s all rub their noses in the pile of excrement they created.

Before the Supreme Court F Up leak about undoing Roe V Wade, Republicans were expecting low midterm election turnout this year from the left. Like remember how many liberals showed up for Obama but then didn't vote in the 2010 midterms? They were hoping for that to happen this year. But with abortion, young people showed up. And they can request absentee ballots from their phones.

Conservative old republicans may be the ones who can't afford to get to the polls or renew their id drivers license. Blue collar people who got fucked by Bush when he sent their manufacturing jobs overseas in the 2000's. Then handed Obama a Great Recession. They said it wasn't Bush's fault.
