But great for the Dimocrat party since they'll have new blood to addict to government handouts!

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday night that high levels of immigration to the United States are not a good thing for the U.S. and was even worse for nations in Latin America, which he said are being gutted of the very people that are needed to build strong economies in those countries.

Bukele said that the surge north has been caused by three factors, including a lack of economic opportunities, a lack of security, and incentives provided in the United States. Bukele also suggested that the policies on the border and enforcement of immigration matters by U.S. authorities, or lack thereof, was a factor in what is happening.

He's got a really good point. The people they leave back home become dependent on the billions of dollars that get sent back home. They lose some of their hardest most talented workers, and then also become in essence more of a welfare state.
It prolongs reform most likely for many more decades because people will choose the path of least resistance. Just human nature.

Nayib Bukele is El Salvador's recently elected president and wanted to improve the nation's economy via various projects, but his nation's work force has left for the US. He should close his borders, call the US Ambassador into his office and tell the Ambassador to close the US embassy and get all of the Americans out of El Salvador, until such time as they send the El Salvadoran's back, so he can improve his nation's economy.
