Woke culture is still on the rise across America, especially in our children’s schools. But not everybody is taking it lightly. An El Paso School Board recently decided to fire a teacher who appeared to defend pedophilia in her classroom.

Amber Parker, who teaches at the high school level can be heard in a video taken by a student telling her class not to say the word “pedophile.” Parker corrected them, claiming, “we’re not going to call them that. We’re going to call them MAPs. Minor-attracted persons. So, don’t judge people because they want to have sex with a 5-year-old.”

To all indications, outrage spread fast. Once the School Board was notified, the decision to fire Parker came quickly. However, the teacher will have a chance to appeal her dismissal.

OP: If this had been California or New York the teacher would still have a job. Don't tell me that democrats don't support and defend groomers and pedophiles. This is a democrat teacher working for local government and under the guideline of her government union.

Good I'm glad they were fired.

There should be a national teacher registry where if you get fired for something like this it goes on the registry to warn other schools of your actions. Kind of like a arrest record.

When you're talking about an adult being entrusted with strangers kids to teach them and help them develop there should be strict records kept.

A college level teacher? Eh, they are teaching adults so it doesn't need to be as restricted. But teaching young children? That's a whole other game.

If this country had any moral backbone anyone who publicly defends, endorses or practices pedophilia should be killed or at the very least kicked out of the country and their citizenship revoked permanently.

Messing with children to me is the worst possible thing a human can do as an individual. It is inexcusable and unforgivable.
