I made Chicken Tikka Masala on the stovetop in 30 minute, about 10 of which was active prep and cooking.

And it is delicious (I say is 'cuz I'm eating it as I type).

I used chicken tenderloins and used sour cream in place of yogurt...but DAM is this good.

There are other varieties...I have Malaysian Satay Chicken on the shelf...I'll let you know if it is as wonderful.

I allowed the chicken to marinate for around 20 minutes in the ginger & garlic paste and, as mentioned, used sour cream in lieu of natural yogurt (didn't have any), also, I kept track of the whole spice from the kit, and removed them after the searing process.

Very pleased with this, as I love Indian food, and the nearest restaurant is 40 miles away.

I'll be trying more Street Kitchen Kits and posting in this thread. If you try it, please post your thoughts.

This is the only video I could find on YouTube...she's making it as a vegan meal...but it'll give you the general idea.

The Indian Tikka Marsala was all stovetop...the one in the video is apparently baked.
