No you are not correct. Duante's criminal past is why he was getting arrested. They pulled him over on an expired tag and then got his rap sheet and he had a warrant. Then the asshole bolted while being cuffed and got back in his car. The officer drew what she thought was a TAZER she even screamed TAZER TAZER!! You can hear and see everything on the video. It will be hard to prove she was lying and Duante would have never been in that situation had he not committed crimes and tried to resist arrest.
