I don't hate him, hell, his music comprised a good portion of the soundtrack of my youth.

I don't like people who drive impaired, I've lost too many friends and family members at the hands of assholes who think they're "okay to drive."

And just because he blew a 0.02 doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't impaired...
