The case was presented in a U.S. District Court where the driver, Ivan Garza, pled guilty to the offense and received five months confinement and will be on supervised release upon completion of his sentence. As a result of his conviction, DS will revoke Garza’s CDL for life.

I absolutely agree that we should go by the guidelines for naturalization...

Such as the ability to speak and understand English, and demonstrating the ability to follow our laws and make a positive contribution by being self-sufficient...

And if they can't meet the requirements (as demonstrated by the fact that they BROKE THE LAW by entering the country ILLEGALLY), they should be immediately deported, WITH NO OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN LEGALLY!!!!

THAT should definitely eliminate us having any "illegal underclass"!!!!
