A great move down in Texas!!!

EDINBURG, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents are working in conjunction with the Texas Department of Public Safety to reinforce consequences outlined in the “Texas Hold ‘Em” initiative.

As the number of illegal alien apprehensions continue to rise in the South Texas, the U.S. Border Patrol have focused their efforts to curb the dangerous tactic of human smuggling while utilizing tractor trailers. Under the Texas Hold’em Initiative, when a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holder is convicted of alien, or narcotic, smuggling, the driver will be considered for disqualification from holding a CDL for life. The incident below led to the first successful CDL cancelation under the program this year in the Rio Grande Valley.

On March 16, 2020, agents working at the Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint arrested a commercial driver after agents discovered six illegal aliens hidden inside the cabin of his tractor. The case was presented in a U.S. District Court where the driver, Ivan Garza, pled guilty to the offense and received five months confinement and will be on supervised release upon completion of his sentence. As a result of his conviction, DS will revoke Garza’s CDL for life.

The hard work and collaboration between United States Border Patrol agents, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, and the Texas Department of Public Safety were instrumental in this success.

There is no express Immigration clause in our federal Constitution and we should have no illegals or illegal underclass.

Only illegals to our express Constitutional law ignore it.

Only practitioners of the abomination unto God, bear false witness about it.

How typical of the Right Wing; socialism on a national basis is all they know.

A well functioning market, requires good regulation.

The greatest freedom, comes when the basic rights of the participants, are protected.

There is no express Immigration clause in our federal Constitution. The right wing merely likes to waste money on programs that sacrifice the End to the Means, and then blame the Poor for their need for social services.

We have a Naturalization clause which means we should have no illegals or illegal underclass for the Right Wing to indulge their money wasting penchant for Socialism on a National basis.

All foreign nationals in the US should be known to the general Government and federally identified for civil purposes.

At a guess, as I have no read up on the stated reasons for the law, I would expect Freedom to not have people dying in over heated trailers, and/or freedom to have the American labor market benefit American workers.

I don't know about you, but semi trailers full of dead Mexicans, is not a market that is functioning well.

Actually, the fact that the Democrats want to give the fruits of our labor to the deadbeats we already have is immoral...

Insisting that we give our resources to all of the other countries' deadbeats too is downright ludicrous!!!
Incompetent laws are even more immoral when they sacrifice the End to the Means especially with socialism on a national basis the right wing loves so much.

We have an express Naturalization clause and we should have no illegals or illegal underclass.

Good

Now hopefully we start seeing the employers of illegal aliens being deprived of their freedom and put in prison.....
How, free market capitalist is that, right wingers?

I am a right winger and I'll take that question for us.

A well functioning market, requires good regulation.

The greatest freedom, comes when the basic rights of the participants, are protected.
Which rights are being protected, right wingers? Freedom of association an contract? There is no express Clause over the whole and entire concept of Immigration, only naturalization.

Our extra-Constitutional Immigration laws are at fault for Creating a class of illegals.

No, they are not. It is the fault of the illegals, for breaking the law.

OBEY THE LAW. STAY IN YOUR OWN FUCKING COUNTRY.
lol. Only the false witness bearing Right Wing is willing to practice the abomination of Hypocrisy (unto God) on this issue. Go ahead and Show us immoral, false witness bearing Right Wingers where the express clause over the Whole and Entire concept of Immigration is to be found in our supreme law of the land.

I absolutely agree that we should go by the guidelines for naturalization...

Such as the ability to speak and understand English, and demonstrating the ability to follow our laws and make a positive contribution by being self-sufficient...

And if they can't meet the requirements (as demonstrated by the fact that they BROKE THE LAW by entering the country ILLEGALLY), they should be immediately deported, WITH NO OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN LEGALLY!!!!

THAT should definitely eliminate us having any "illegal underclass"!!!!
