The only way that kid could've done any driving at all is if he was sitting in his daddy's lap unless it was one of them vehicles made for people with special needs.

P.S. What will they think of next? I wonder how long until parents allow their kids to consume alcoholic beverages so early? I wouldn't be surprised if its been done already. They can't find someone their own age to tie one on with and so they go to their under age kids. (shaking my head)
