Unsanitary conditions could lead to it...............yup......

They need to be building 180000 houses a month there to keep up with demand........but it takes 7 months to a year to get it approved........even harder for the apartment complexes.........and they tax the hell anyone wanting to build there...........

If more don't run from the state......the situation will only get worse.
