The only reason the government has the money is because they took it from Capitalists...no Capitalists......no FEMA.......thank you to all the hard working business owners and corporations who created the businesses, the jobs, the products and created the wealth that made all of this possible...

Even though the government will waste massive amounts of all of that aid.......how much money was wasted, stolen or lost trying to help Katrina victims....better to allow private charities to go in there...they are more efficient.....

And while we are at it.....you take money from the state...and then allow them to have some of it back to deal with the disaster...after the greedy politicians take their cut.......yeah......yay socialism...

You don't know the difference between charities and programs designed to help people and socialism, do you?

Socialism helps people who are just lazy and allows them to live off others.

Charities and aid programs are there when people need help and they leave once people are back on their feet. Socialism doesn't require people to even try to get back on their feet.
