Donald Trump Has His Own E-mail Scandal & It's Too Ironic To Ignore

http://www.bustle.com/articles/1666...s-own-e-mail-scandal-its-too-ironic-to-ignore

In 2006, a judge ordered Donald Trump's casino operation to turn over a series of e-mails, and allegedly found that Trump Organization had routinely erased e-mails dating between 1996 and 2001, according to USA Today. Furthermore, this charge was actually never resolved, so it is still out there waiting for resolution. Defendants in this case that Trump brought said this amounted to destruction of evidence. This is particularly curious given one of Trump's favorite talking points used to disparage Hillary Clinton is simply mentioning her infamous e-mail scandal, which has seen heavy criticism over the past year.

Trump's response to Clinton's unresolved e-mail scandal is to call her crooked, what exactly does that make Donald Trump? In the meantime, Trump's own unresolved scandal derives from the private dealings of his own organization. Clinton's missing e-mails are actually consistent with the actions of her predecessors — former Secretaries of State — who were also federal employees of the U.S. government.

Republicans and Democrats run by a different set of rules.

Bill has an affair. Donald had affairs on every wife he's had. Therefore, it's Bill who should be charged with something.

Republicans tricked us into Iraq, but because some Democrats voted yes on the war, it's their fault.

9/11 happened nearly a year into the Bush first term, so it's Clinton's fault.

In 2003, Bush disbanded the Iraqi military and many top leaders joined Isis, but it's Obama's fault.

Republicans have nothing to fear. They have a different set of rules.

I'm sure there are just TONS of top secret classified emails on that corporate server!

Are you really that loony?
7 email chains, were top secret, all started by her top level staff with top secret knowledge and clearance, where they were talking to each other via email on an unclassified govt server...then the top level staff forwarded 7 of these conversations among themselves, to include Hillary.

There were not TONS of top secret emails on Hillary's server, if that's what your comment was meant to imply?

There were no top secret documents or strategic plans etc. in any of these emails, it was primarily her staff talking about things that were later deemed/marked top secret classified by the department of Intelligence.... essentially they had loose lips via email...

That's still a violation of the law and prosecutable.

I don't have one readily available, it all is pieced and an accumulation of articles I have read from the progression of this investigation beginning over a year ago.

In the beginning when the Inspector General was reviewing State Department emails being released on an FOIA request from the AP and Judicial watch, he found a couple of email chains that he believed to have top secret information in them...that Kerry's State Department reviewing every email being released had ready to send out as if it was not top secret.

According to govt protocol, this triggered the IG to request a security review by the FBI for her server/emails...The FBI investigation began.

After the FBI reviewed the emails the IG was concerned with, the State Department and Intelligence Community were both contacted and asked to review the two emails and decide if they are truly top secret classified and if so, when were they classified.

Neither were in the Govt's Top Secret compartmentalized classified system before they were emailed....
The Kerry State Department believe these emails were not classified. The article said the State Dept did not believe it was top secret info because with at least one of the email chains it was information they had gotten from Blumenthal, with a forwarded news article about it as well...information that Blumenthal pieced together through his public sources...

Hillary usually passed on the info that Syd sent her, to her top aides so they could research and see if what Syd thought was going on out there was really valid and good intel...this was also in another article I had read on the Syd Blumenthal emails that were hacked...

I also read that most of the time Syd Blumenthal's speculation didn't turn out to be anything new or that they could use, but a handful of times his emails were pertinent and new info or aspect of an issue did end up helping either physically or through enlightenment on a situation..

Well, the Intelligence Community had the information in these emails as classified top secret, but the classification dates and markings were reviewed and the article said they were not put in the govt's top secret system until AFTER the email chains were sent and received.

In another article read it said that the State Dept and Intelligence community were duking it out on the classification status, State saying, "How could this info be top secret when the information was received from an out side the govt source, from the public arena?

Eventually, the Intelligence community won to keep it T/S classified.

So what Hillary's staff was doing on the State.gov system, which is the govt's UNCLASSIFIED system, was discussing leads they had gotten from Syd Blumenthal, NOT stuff they learned from the Govt's Top Secret Server/System...it turns out, their discussion is what turned out to be these email chains that Comey says are top secret and on her server....

They are on her server, because after her top aides went back and forth on researching Syd's leads, they forwarded these email chains to Hillary to see what she thought of what they had found and and thought.

All of these people involved in these emails and their speculating and research on the info gotten from Syd, had top secret clearance, with training, and NONE of them thought their discussions were top secret info because it came from public sources and they used the unclassified State.gov to discuss them....and then forwarded the chains to Hillary.

Comey was saying that they should have known what they were saying was top secret even if they did get it from a public source.

Are you aware that "I'm sure" is not evidence?

Dumb ass, you must have access to have classified, Top Secret documents.

That's still a violation of the law and prosecutable.
hard to prosecute when the info was not t/s classified by the Intel Community until AFTER the emails were sent.

After they were classified, she had classified info on her private, unsecure server.
That's not allowed.
