Also Trump wants to tax that off shore cash. As opposed to leaving it stranded out there. 10% of the estimated (I heard 3 trillion) is a lot of money coming back into America. We tried something similar before (2005 maybe??) and the claim is it went into corporate/investor pockets, but I'm quite sure that's not the entire truth. I'd be curious to see if there was a bump in the economy around then - perhaps I'll look into that when I have time.

I think Trumps biggest problem is that he doesn't have "writers" like the other's, he says what he thinks and feels without asking if it's PC first.
