Well now, not necessarily. Had Slick taken care of the Iraq problem when he was president, George W. Bush wouldn't have had to have done his job for him. But, instead, Slick allowed inspectors to be kicked out in 1998 without their job being finished. And, Oblamer? He's now got four more years to show Russia he has more "flexibility".
