I think Obama fears military coup in USA.

This is the reason he is sending USA army outside USA to fight in many countries.

No but sending more troops to fight in other countries is a planned distraction. It distracts Americans so they don't notice that their own nation is crumbling. Sending troops to Uganda? Why? How many foreign interventions do we need? This nation is a real mess.
