Did you miss the part about some states simply requiring a person to sign a Affidavit of Voter not in Possession of Picture Identification if they can’t provide a photo ID? This is what Biden wants to make law in the entire US. This goes for registering or completing a registration at the polls or mailing in your application for registration. What on earth makes you think it is difficult for some random person to say they are Joe Schmo and signing an affidavit to that effect? How on earth would they be caught if we don’t know who they are to begin with? What would prevent them from registering and voting as 100 different names and addresses? Democrats don’t care. They know their crowd will cheat if they simply enable them to do so.

A voter not in possession of picture identification who refuses to sign the affidavit form cannot vote and should be referred to the local clerk. This is the same procedure used for voters who refuse to complete an Application to Vote: no ballot is issued. Such a voter would not be eligible for a provisional ballot.
