Desperate Putin Enlisting GOP To Get US To Surrender To Him

Yet it's Democrats wrapping themselves in the blue and yellow rag that bans opposition political parties, silences the press, assassinates the children of their critics, murders POWs, and tortures prisoners. Any sensible person wouldn't want any association with either country, yet here we are. Not our problem, and certainly not a country to send our tax dollars.
Guess what happened to Putin's political opponent. I bet Tucker Carlson never told you and so you probably don't know

It's such a shame to see Putin's useful idiots projecting every evil thing about Putin onto others.

As of January 1, 2020, there are 349 officially registered political parties in Ukraine.

The Russian Federation has a de jure multi-party system, however it operates as a near de facto one-party system. As of 2020 six parties have members in the federal parliament, the State Duma, with one dominant party

Numerous war crimes were recorded, including murder, torture, abductions, deportation, looting, rape against Ukrainian women, terrorism, attacks on civilians, unlawful airstrikes or attacks against civilian objects, unlawful confinement, threats of violence, and inhumane treatment of POWs.[93]

Civilians killed in Bucha, April 2022
Among the targets of Russian airstrikes was Ukraine's capital Kyiv, a city of some 3 million people.[94] Kindergartens and orphanages were also shelled.[95] Russian forces were accused of a campaign of terror against Ukrainians.[96] On March 3, 2022, Russian forces were reportedly looting across Kherson.[97] During the Siege of Mariupol, the city was destroyed by shelling and cut off from electricity, food and water. A 6-year old girl was reported to have died from dehydration under the ruins of her home in Mauripol on March 8.[98] During the assault on Irpin, the Russian forces indiscriminately fired at refugees trying to flee across a collapsed bridge. A family of four was killed by a mortar strike.[99][100]

During the Battle of Kharkiv, the city was destroyed by Russian shelling, including a boarding school for blind people. Out of a population of 1.8 million, only 500,000 people remained in Kharkiv by March 7.[101] On February 28, 2022, a Russian cluster bomb attack killed 9 civilians and wounded 37 more in Kharkiv.[102][103] On 3 March, 47 civilians were killed in Chernihiv, most of whom were standing in line at a food store, waiting for bread, when a Russian air strike with eight unguided aerial bombs hit them.[104] In the Mariupol hospital airstrike, three people were killed, including a young girl;[105] whereas hundreds died in the Mariupol theatre airstrike, used as an air raid shelter.[106] Following the withdrawal of Russian forces from the E-40 highway around the Kyiv area, BBC News discovered 13 dead bodies left lying on the road, only two wearing Ukrainian military uniforms. The evidence points to Russian soldiers killing these fleeing civilians.[107]

After the Russian forces left the area of Bucha after a month of occupation, on April 1–3 photos and videos emerged showing hundreds of killed people lying on the streets or in mass graves. The event triggered an international response as it was widely covered by journalists as the Bucha massacre.[108]

Thousands of civilians were killed by Russia's indiscriminate shelling and missiles strikes against civilian areas: in Borordianka,[110] Kramatorsk,[111] Vinnytsia,[112] Chasiv Yar,[113] Serhiivka,[114] and others. A Ukrainian official said that Russia is using mobile crematoriums to dispose of bodies in Mariupol in an attempt to cover up evidence of war crimes and hide the number of people that have died.[115] On 7 May 2022, the Bilohorivka school bombing killed dozens of people sheltering in the basement.[116] Odessa was bombed continuously for months.[117] On 15 June 2022, OHCHR expressed concerns over reports that Ukrainian children were forcibly deported to Russia, where they were being sent for rushed adoption, stating that these "do not appear to include steps for family reunification or respect the best interests of the child". UNICEF similarly declared that "adoptions should never occur during or immediately after emergencies".[118]

Izium mass grave exhumations, September 2022
Russian filtration camps were set-up to detain, interrogate and torture Ukrainians suspected to have connections with Ukrainian government.[119] On 14 July 2022, OSCE released a report finding that Russia was guilty of murder, rape, abduction and deportations of Ukrainian civilians, including the transfer of 2,000 children from orphanages and institutions to Russia, even though many have relatives in Ukraine, which qualifies as a widespread and systematic attack against a civilian population, and is a crime against humanity.[120]

On 14 September, Ukrainian authorities discovered a mass grave with 440 corpses in Izium after the Russian forces withrdrew from the area.[123] The events were described as the Izium massacre. Since October-November, Russian forces used missiles and drones to systematically attack Ukraine's electrical grids, leaving millions of civilians without heating, electricity, water, or other basic utilities during winter. These attacks on critical civilian infrastructure were deemed as illegal and as war crimes.[124][125]

By March 30, the UN reported that 4 million refugees fled Ukraine, that 50 hospitals in the country were targeted, and that Russia used the banned cluster munition in at least 24 instances.[126] Russia's attack against Ukraine forced 11.5 million people to flee their homes,[127] sparking the largest refugee crisis of the 21st century.[128] On April 22, the UN recorded at least 2,343 killed civilians, of which 92.3% were attributable to the Russian armed forces.[129] By November, the UN recorded 6,595 killed civilians.[130]
A party list from before the time the corrupt monkey in Kiev started banning them? Could you be more ignorant and disingenuous? Probably not.

Allegedly Russia did some bad things, so we should support doing as bad or worse? What sort of convoluted idiotic thinking is that? We should steer clear of the whole mess, not our problem.

Signs of Neo-Nazi Ideology Amongst Russian Mercenaries

Instances of far-right leanings among some members of the armed forces is not unheard of in many other parts of the world, including Europe and North America. This is an increasingly common problem in Russia as well. Even more, the type of far-right ideology expressed in Russian mercenaries is showing homage to Nazi ideology.

This type of ideology espoused by Russian mercenaries remains anathema in a country where millions died fighting Nazis during World War II. The slogan “to fight fascism” was one of the rallying points inviting Russian volunteers to fight in Donbas against “Ukrainian Fascists”. Russian President Putin has called Ukraine a fascist country numerous times, yet the numerous mercenaries who went to fight in Donbas, Syria and Libya are neo-nazis themselves. This article analyses some of the available open source evidence, shedding light on Russian mercenaries’ extreme ideology.

Dmitry Utkin (Wagner)

In 2016, Utkin was invited at a Hero of the Fatherland reception in the Kremlin, where he was photographed wearing his medals. This event was attended by more than 300 soldiers and civilians, who have “demonstrated particular courage and heroism” and were personally thanked for their service by Putin himself. At the event he was awarded with the Order for Courage, allegedly for his services in Ukraine.

A photo recently surfaced of Utkin with Nazi tattoos, giving additional proof of his ideological leanings. For those who been following Wagner group for some time this photos was not surprising, as his and a lot of Wagner fighters’ ideological inclinations were already known. The photo originally surfaced on Russian VK accounts and a Telegram group affiliated with the mercenaries, but received interest by media outlets just recently.

Taking a closer look at the photos, Nazi collar tabs with Waffen SS bolts on the left and military rank on the right can be identified. Lower on the chest, a Reichsadler Eagle, can be seen. All three of these tattoos are symbols found Waffen-SS military uniforms, which was the military branch of the Nazi Party’s SS organization.

Who Are The Neo-Nazis Fighting For Russia In Ukraine?

The video, published in December 2020, showed two nattily dressed Russian men -- waistcoats, pocket squares, silk ties – sipping American whiskey in brandy snifters and discussing killing Ukrainians.

"I'm a Nazi. I’m a Nazi,” said one of the men, Aleksei Milchakov, who was the main focus of the video published on a Russian nationalist YouTube channel. “I'm not going to go deep and say, I’m a nationalist, a patriot, an imperialist, and so forth. I’ll say it outright: I’m a Nazi.”

“You have to understand that when you kill a person, you feel the excitement of the hunt. If you’ve never been hunting, you should try it. It’s interesting,” he said.

[snip]

Along with members of the Russian Imperial Movement, a white supremacist group that was designated a "global terrorist" organization by the United States two years ago, Rusich is one of several right-wing groups that are actively fighting in Ukraine, in conjunction with Russia’s regular armed forces or allied separatist units.

According to a confidential report by Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service, which was obtained by Der Spiegel and excerpted on May 22, numerous Russian right-wing extremists and neo-Nazis are fighting in Ukraine.

German analysts wrote that the fact that Russian military and political leaders have welcomed neo-Nazi groups undermines the claim by Putin and his government that one of the principal motives behind the invasion is the desire to “de-Nazify” Ukraine, Spiegel said.

Worse Than Nazis – PMC Wagner’s Role in Ukraine

Is it possible to surpass the brutality of Nazi war criminals – it seems the Private Military Company Wagner is out to do just that.

Even the name is no coincidence – Richard Wagner was Hitler’s favorite composer. Word has it that the head of the Wagner group, Dmitry Utkin, is a fan of the Third Reich, and, therefore, gave the group this name.

The Wagner PMC mercenaries have been involved in a long list of crimes during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine – atrocities in Bucha; the recent attack on Azov war prisoners in the Olenivka correctional colony. Even the militant that castrated a Ukrainian prisoner with a clerical knife in the latest video could also be a member of the Wagner group.

PMC Wagner is a Russian private military organization that, according to journalistic investigations, is financed through Yevgeny Prigozhin – a member of Putin’s “inner circle”. PMC Wagner took part in military operations in Ukraine in 2014, in Syria, Lybia, and in African countries.

Oh, look. Russian parties have been banned in Ukraine.

18 out of 349!!! ZOMG!

Meanwhile, back in Russia, a de facto one party state. And if you dare to challenge Putin, he poisons you.

Yeah, I see some moral equivalency. BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

Allegedly Russia did some bad things, so we should support doing as bad or worse? What sort of convoluted idiotic thinking is that? We should steer clear of the whole mess, not our problem.

Allegedly. Wow, you really are a useful idiot! All the way down.

Exactly what Hitler's useful idiots like Charles Lindbergh used to say.

I don't feel like repeating myself, so see posts 20, 23, 84, 109.

Please read them. There are some realities which I don't think you know about since your propagandists don't talk about them.

Putin's attempt to conquer and take Ukraine is the entire world's problem.

Wow, way to miss the point. No surprise. Of course you simply ignore all the rest. Supporting scum has never once worked out for us. This will be no different, all because pathetic virtue signalers like you.

The perfect is the enemy of the good.

You are obliquely defending a war perpetrated by a war criminal several orders of magnitude more despicable than Zelensky. In comparison to Putin, Zelensky walks on water.

You are a textbook useful idiot. Have you read the posts I pointed you to yet?

Europe wasn't our mess then either. Nor is this situation anything at all like 1930s Europe. Historical illiterates are leading you astray.

No point in reading your silly propaganda, been there done that, you morons never learn.

Russia expanding is the world's problem as much as America expanding was a world problem, which is no problem at all.

Hardly, I'm simply not a hypocrite. I don't begrudge our Westward expansion by force, why would I begrudge someone else for doing the same?

The idiots are the hypocrite virtue signalers whining about others, like you.

Yet.

Or Chechnya.

Pro-Kremlin neo-Nazi militia inciting the torture and murder of Ukrainian prisoners

A neo-Nazi pro-Kremlin group active in Ukraine is inciting atrocities against prisoners of war and explicitly advocates the torture of captives including “removing body parts”. The self-styled “Task Force Rusich” is fighting in Ukraine on behalf of the Kremlin and is linked to the notorious Wagner Group mercenaries.

A message on Rusich’s Telegram channel sent on 22 September advocates the “destruction of prisoners on the spot”.

One of the worst ways Putin is gaslighting the world on Ukraine

Among Russian President Vladimir Putin’s many fantastical pretexts for invading Ukraine, the urgent need for its “denazification” may be the most preposterous. Ukraine isn’t free of domestic extremists, but Putin’s claims are pure disinformation. In fact, the Russian strongman has been supporting neo-Nazis and white supremacists for years, including mercenaries and separatists who have waged war on Ukraine since 2014.

Putin isn’t fighting neo-Nazism. He nurtures it, making his gaslighting about Ukraine even more repellent.

[snip]

The Wagner Group is named after the 19th century German composer Richard Wagner, whose music Adolf Hitler adored. The group’s leader, Dmitry Utkin, reportedly wears Nazi tattoos, including a swastika, a Nazi eagle and SS lightning bolts. Wagner mercenaries are reported to have left behind neo-Nazi propaganda in the war zones where they’ve fought, including graffiti with hate symbols.

Russian Mercenaries: Vagner Commanders Describe Life Inside The 'Meat Grinder'

One of the groups sent to Ukraine was headed by Utkin, who fought under the nom de guerre Vagner, after 19th-century German composer Richard Wagner.

"Vagner is a cruel fellow," one of the Vagner commanders told RFE/RL. "He's no fool." The man added that Vagner has a swastika tattooed on his shoulder, wears a helmet with horns, and practices a form of paganism, a description that RFE/RL could not confirm.

Really? Do you have any other war propaganda you want to uncritically parrot?

. .. soooooooooooooooooooooooooo yes? Lots more!!!!!!!!!

:spinner:

I've lost count of how many time Republicans, Republican supporters on this page, and Democrats, and Democratic supporters on this page have manage to contradict themselves beyond belief.

It's the two party system making people so tribal they can't see past their own bullshit.
You just noticed this now? Hmm. Seems to me that kind of narcissism/tribalism infiltrated both parties decades ago.

Sooooooooooo… we gave the Ukrainians the last of our Javelin AT missiles AND the aid to make them pay for it?
Now who told you we gave them all of our Javelins, retard?

Was it Tucker? It was Tucker, wasn't it.

See why no sane person believes your BS?
Says the guy who just spewed yet more manufactured bullshit.

BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

Man, you are a real piece of work!
