The Democrats should rename their party to the Dumbass Party. The benefits and privileges of citizenship are not entitlements for non-citizens regardless of how much sympathy you have for foreigners. Ultimately this money comes from the American taxpayer and giving money to every creature that ends up on our soil is stealing from the citizens. If you want to give the foreigners some stimulus money, share your check with them - better still, give it all to them and keep your grimy hands out of my pocket.
