Actually it was more than 60 judges, since many of the cases involved the courts of appeal, or even the US supreme court, which sit in groups of 3 or 9. So the total can be much larger than just 60 judges.

Democrats need 17 Republicans to convict President Trump of organizing an “insurrection” against the US Capitol.

The real jurors are the PEOPLE not the Senators and Democrats proseciting this "Impeachment" know taht after yesterday they lost. Now they are trying a Perry Mason last minute ploy of calling witnesses. All this does is extend the process..

The premise stands.

Some judges found no credible evidence of election fraud, because the lawyers presenting the cases did not claim election fraud. And judges don't rule on questions not before them. That would be classified as "dicta".
Whether or not they "found no" evidence, is a different question than if they made that as a decision.

Maybe because Rubio hinted that the defense will call Pelosi to the stand if the democrats go this route. What a bunch of circus clowns. The democrats were overexcited by the inauguration and now it is blowing up in their faces.

What difference would it make to call Pelosi? Why would they be concerned about it?

What's actually happened is the defense said they would turn the trial into a circus side show and drag it out forever if the Democrats insisted on witnesses, so the impeachment managers settled for getting the testimony they wanted read into the record.

After all, it's not the cowardly weasels on the republican side of the senate will vote to convict anyway.

Oh... That Trump lawyer, Michael Van Der Veen. Needs to read the rules and not spin the laws. He has several times cited rule 23, saying that an article of impeachment could not contain multiple charges, that they must be listed as separate articles of impeachment.

Even a first year law student knows he read it wrong.
