“Secret Empires” author Peter Schweizer wrote a new book titled, “Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite,” and although one slimy lifelong politician — Joe Biden — emerged as the “king of sweetheart deals” Schweizer also revealed that Socialist crackpot Bernie Sanders (VT) funneled taxpayer money to his own family members.

Schweizer told Sean Hannity on Monday’s radio podcast that during the 2016 election, a mysterious media-buying company run by two of Bernie’s wife’s friends popped up in a suburb of Virginia and they funneled $83 million through the business.

Now we know how Bernie Sanders went from being the poorest Senator to owning beach front property after the 2016 presidential election.

“Bernie over the course of his 30-plus years in public office has final huge sums of money to his family. That includes hiring family members even when it was not justified in the Burlington city governments. But more specifically, the 2016 campaign, there was this mysterious media-buying company called Old Town Media that was set up.”

“They funneled $83 million through this media-buying company, which was located in a house on a cul-de-sac in suburban Virginia,” he continued. “Had no website, had no presence whatsoever. That company was run by two of Bernie Sanders’ wife’s friends. When she was asked about her connection or relationship to that firm, she hung up on a local Vermont reporter. So there are various ways taxpayer money, school money other things that have flowed to the family and have made the Sanders family very very wealthy.”

Schweizer also exposed the Biden crime family in his new book.

Radical Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar has come under fire several times since becoming a member on Congress one year ago.

Aside from making a slew of anti-Semitic and controversial comments, Omar has been accused of marrying her own brother to commit marriage, tax, and immigration fraud.

And things just kicked up a notch big time after The Blaze reported on Wednesday that the FBI has taken further steps to advance its investigation into the allegations against Omar.

Two federal agencies, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Education, have allegedly been contacted by the FBI in matters related to alleged misconduct by Omar.

The development comes following Minnesota state Rep. Steve Drazkowski’s repeated calls and pleas for an ethics investigation into Omar.

Drazkowski and others have alleged that Omar’s 2009 marriage to a British citizen, who they claim was her brother, was entered into for fraudulent purposes.

Last year, Drazkowski called on the United States House Committee on Ethics to investigate Omar’s “sham marriage.”

“No one is above the law,” Drazkowski said during a press conference in July 2019. “We believe the House Ethics Committee can and should launch an investigation immediately.”

After nothing was done, Drazkowski filed a complaint against Omar with the Minnesota District of the Department of Justice.

The Minnesota lawmaker’s complaint prompted a U.S. attorney appointed by President Donald Trump to direct the FBI to take up the case.

The Blaze reports that in October 2019, the Department of Justice assigned a FBI Special Agent in Charge to review the allegations.

Investigators within ICE and the Department of Education have allegedly been put into contact with the FBI.

While all of this has been happening, Omar has also been accused of having an affair with Tim Mynett, a married man who works closely with her campaign.



Omar can't go a week without finding herself engulfed in another disturbing controversy.

At least three departments are reviewing what could be the worst-ever crime spree by an elected US official

On Oct. 30, I reported that the Department of Justice had assigned an FBI Special Agent in Charge, or SAC, to review Rep. Ilhan Omar's apparent, astonishing spree of felonies from 2009 to 2017.

Minnesota state Rep. Steve Drazkowski (R) had previously filed a complaint on the matter with the Minnesota District of the Department of Justice. That office — headed by U.S. Attorney Erica MacDonald, a 2018 Donald Trump appointee — directed the FBI to review the complaint. An FBI SAC formally met with Rep. Drazkowski, and others, in mid-October to receive a prepared file of evidence and related information.

I can confirm that the FBI has taken additional steps since this October meeting.

In October, the FBI SAC stated that the wide range of criminal activity suggested by the evidence against Rep. Omar may lead the FBI to expand the review to other federal departments. In such situations, the SAC continued, the FBI often acts as a hub — sharing evidence, or coordinating a joint investigation, with several other investigative agencies.

Indeed, this has since occurred.

At least the following two federal agencies were contacted by the FBI with information regarding Rep. Omar. The FBI then placed the October meeting attendees in touch with selected investigators within these two agencies:

1. Department of Education Inspector General
This is related to evidence suggesting that Rep. Omar's 2009 marriage to a UK citizen may have been an attempt to facilitate federal student loan fraud, or other fraud involving higher education.

● Shortly after Omar's 2009 marriage, the new couple moved to Fargo, North Dakota. Omar enrolled at North Dakota State University in August 2009. Her husband enrolled the following year.

Omar received a degree in June 2011. According to Omar herself, she and her husband then permanently separated in June 2011. The marriage's start and end coincide with the start and end dates of Omar's NDSU enrollment.

Incredibly — according to address records, and a statement from Omar herself — she was also still living with her first husband, and their two kids, throughout this second marriage.

● In 2017, Omar finally filed for divorce. Under penalty of perjury, she submitted a nine-question form to the court attesting to having lost all contact with her NDSU husband in June 2011.

Dozens of verified social media posts, photos, and even a 2016 interview with the NDSU husband indicate otherwise. It appears Omar perjured herself eight times answering those nine questions.

(Click here for analysis of an additional court document Omar submitted, which suggests the likely motive for Omar taking such a risk. Each instance of perjury in Minnesota can receive a sentence of five years.)

2. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
● This is related to evidence suggesting a breathtaking number of possible immigration-related felonies. As I stated in an introductory passage within my July 18 article:

The [following] answers to those questions about [Rep. Omar's 2009 marriage] appear to give probable cause to investigate Omar for eight instances of perjury, immigration fraud, marriage fraud, up to eight years of state and federal tax fraud, two years of federal student loan fraud, and even bigamy.

To be clear: The facts describe perhaps the most extensive spree of illegal misconduct committed by a House member in American history.

A local judge granted a divorce Thursday to a D.C. doctor who accused Rep. Ilhan Omar of having an affair with her husband, in a court hearing that ended abruptly after the wife brought up the controversial Minnesota congresswoman.

Superior Court Judge Darlene Soltys had just applauded Beth and Tim Mynett for reaching a divorce settlement amicably when Beth Mynett spoke up.

“[Through] extensive documentation and his own words, Tim acknowledged he has been engaged in an extramarital romantic relationship with Ilhan Omar, which proceeded and precipitated the divorce,” Beth Mynett, a doctor and mother, said.

But Tim Mynett and his lawyer seemed stunned by Beth Mynett’s sudden speech and immediately asked that she stop.

“I’m almost finished,” said Beth Mynett, who filed for divorce in August in bombshell court papers alleging her marriage fell apart because Tim Mynett fell in love with Omar while working for her and had carried on an extramarital affair with the freshman Democrat.

The judge broke up the speech and called the attorneys for both Mynetts to the bench and put on sound to drown out their conversations. Then the court hearing abruptly ended without a formal announcement of adjournment.

Both parties left with their lawyers and declined comment. A court clerk came into the hallways afterward with paperwork looking for the Mynetts but was surprised to find them already long gone.

Both Tim Mynett, a political consultant, and Omar have denied any affair.

The divorce case had been rescheduled at least two times prior. The late-morning hearing at the family division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia was delayed as both Mynetts and their lawyers huddled in a private room to work out the terms of the settlement.

Tulsi Gabbard is suing Hillary Clinton for more than $50 million in damages following Clinton’s suggestion on a podcast that she was Russia’s favored candidate to win the Democratic nomination for president in 2020.

The defamation lawsuit, which was made public Wednesday morning, claims the 2016 Democratic nominee permanently damaged the Hawaii congresswoman’s reputation by describing her as a “Russian asset.”

Clinton made the controversial remarks on the podcast Campaign HQ With David Plouffe back in October, when she said: “I’m not making any predictions, but I think they’ve got their eye on someone who’s currently in the Democratic primary and are grooming her to be the third-party candidate. She’s the favorite of the Russians.”

In the key remarks to the lawsuit, Clinton added: “That’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not because she’s also a Russian asset. Yeah, she’s a Russian asset—I mean, totally.” It’s not clear from the quotes whether Clinton was referring to Gabbard, Stein, or both.

Although Clinton didn’t explicitly mention Gabbard during the remarks quoted in the lawsuit, Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill clarified at the time, when asked if she was referencing Gabbard in the part about Russia favoring one of the existing candidates: “If the nesting doll fits.”

However, Merrill subsequently tweeted that Clinton’s comments were being misreported and said she was referring to the Republican Party grooming Gabbard to be a third-party candidate—not the Russians.

Reached for comment on Wednesday morning about the lawsuit, Merrill was succinct: “That’s ridiculous.”

The suit claims Clinton’s statements caused Gabbard to “lose potential donors and potential voters,” and estimated that the personal and professional damages to her exceed $50 million. It also claimed Gabbard is entitled to “special and punitive damages... in view of Clinton’s malicious and unrepentant conduct” on top of the actual damages.

The suit claims that Clinton has sought revenge on Gabbard ever since she endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders in the 2016 Democratic primary. “Clinton—a cutthroat politician by any account—has never forgotten this perceived slight. And in October 2019, she sought retribution by lying, publicly and loudly, about Tulsi Gabbard,” the lawsuit states.

Gabbard’s lawyers say Clinton’s comments “spread like wildfire across the internet” and that millions of Americans accepted the statements as fact because they came from a “well-known authority figure.”

Gabbard has had a controversial tenure in Congress, particularly for her defense of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, who she met with in Damascus in 2017 after the battle of Aleppo and has been accused of war crimes and gassing his own people.

The suit goes on to say: “In short, Clinton got exactly what she wanted by lying about Tulsi—she harmed her political and personal rival’s reputation and ongoing presidential campaign, and started a damaging whisper campaign based on baseless, but vicious, untruths.”
