Imo most people are just tired of Trump's incessant fighting. Some 40% like it though. And even if people are tired of Trump, imo most have given up on congress and spending, and were just happy to have lots of jobs, which Obama did not accomplish. But my guess is that Trump's actions that facilitated covid spread even without lockdowns have pretty much sapped his reservoir of good will from people willing to give him a pass on his personality and leadership style.
