DemNazi Rockstar Bob O'Rourke Spits on The US Constitution

Its becoming apparent that our business model is far outdated.
If telling the truth is “spitting” on the constitution…I guess it’s time for all of us to hauck up a loogie.
We have a Supreme Court justice who can’t attend hearings but she has a lifetime appointment so as long as she has a pulse-rate; she gets to decide cases.

That's why they gave us an amendment process.

Yep.

However it is still painfully obvious to most (if not all) that the 230 y/o business model is failing in the atmosphere of mis-trust.

Is that the fault of the document or the fault of the people? The federal government operates so far outside the boundaries of the Constitution these days, how can we really blame the document when we've allowed them to do it?

Enforce The Law regardless of status, wealth, or political power, and The Constitution is PERFECT.

We’re having a discussion about the SOTU right now. It is constitutionally required. There is some adherence.

We don’t have the President writing bills; they come from the parliamentarians. There is some adherence.

The discussion about SCOTUS justices having lifetime terms….

The Congress is operating with all of the requirements the Constitution puts on them. That is the problem. The Constitution is silent and allows the members to make rules as they go along. They could install a rule that all approvals must be unanimous…. Or they can pass a rule that a single vote is enough to pass.

The Constitution needs to have a voice since the parliamentarians are no longer doing their jobs as a political strategy.

let's just cut to the inevitable and put all the Dem candidates in a reality TV house

Beto doesn't know anything about the Constitution...even after 3 terms in the House, I bet he couldn't tell you want the 4th Amendment deals with...they guy is a moron.

Spits on The US Constitution

sounds like Trump trying to bypass Congress.

Or Obama actually bypassing Congress.........

when did obama say he would declare a national emergency over immigration

or use military funding to build a wall ?

oh yeah, never.

When did Obama issue an executive order to allow hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants who came to the United States before the age of 16 to remain in the country and to work legally and obtain driver's licenses and other legal documents?

Oh, yeah, in June of 2012

You can shut up now.

He doesn't have to know anything about the Constitution. He just has to tell a lot of stupid, gullible people what they want to hear.

A Beto Presidency Would FINISH OFF What Obama Started in trampling the constitution!

But muh skateboard...

Beto is treasonous. he needs to explain what he meant or face deportation!

whats unconstitutional about that

Beto is a corporate tool. if he doesnt have the guts to run a grassroots presidential campaign, he ought to get out of politics, get another job

Beto's excellent adventure drips with white male privilege!!

imagine this: A 46-year-old former congresswoman and mother of three, who just lost a Senate bid to one of the most despised incumbents, sets off on a road trip adventure to clear her head.

She instagrams part of her trip to the dentist. She gives a two-hour interview to The Washington Post where she shows no real knowledge of policy.
Like a first-year college student, she pontificates on whether the Constitution is still a thing that matters after all these many years.

And then she writes a stream of consciousness diary entry, where she is all in her sad and confused feelings, over ... something

This is Beto O'Rourke's navel-gazing, self-involved, rollout of a possible rollout of a possible presidential campaign. Oprah Winfrey's couch is next.
This could never, ever be a woman

And Jack Kerouac-style, he roams around, jobless (does he not need a job?) to find himself and figure out if he wants to lead the free world. This is a luxury no woman or even minority in politics could ever have.

But O'Rourke, tall, handsome, white and male, has this latitude, to be and do anything. His privilege even allows him to turn a loss to the most despised candidate of the cycle into a launching pad for a White House run.
