Nobody wanted Trump, not even most Republicans. Republicans figured he was going to lose, and then they could keep on doing what they did under Obama, slowly build power at the state level.

Their last 'coup' attempt was the disastrous failed, admitted 1st-ever-in-US-history politically partisan House Impeachment based on ZERO crime, ZERO, evidence, and ZERO witnesses...

Amusingly so, this is STILL NOT the dumbest 'we've got him this time' thing they have ever tried!

It would be fairly irrelevant anyway. Trump's major legal issues are at the state level..principally in New York state.

I think Biden should act as though has Trump vanished off the face of the earth. Ignore him and let time and the New York justice system deal with him.

My question would be "why" not "for what". He'd piss off his supporters and make someone happy who isn't going to be grateful. That's why I say, why would Biden even consider it?
