If you pay any attention to her statements, you don’t need a bad photo to judge how not only bad, but stupid and even evil Waters is. She always has been a characture of a bad politician. She panders to her base and vilifies anyone who either dares to point out her many flaws or disagrees with her. As I recall she hasn’t lived in her district for decades.
