After Cuomo wrapped up a meeting a few minutes ago, he declared that questions regarding his 8th sexual harassment accuser coming out or his sexual harassment scandal were off limits.

Outside, as he left, a female reporter asked about the scandal anyway. Cuomo responded by yelling back to her, "I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE, DARLING."
