I know, my point exactly. This also hits close to home because even though I don't have Down Syndrome I was born with learning developmental disabilities. Does that make my life matter less than yours or anybody else's?

Especially given how many Down's sufferers go on to lead nearly normal, fully satisfying lives. They just didn't want to put forth the extra effort required to care for their child. Pure selfishness.

The ones that go on to lead nearly normal lives are 3%. The rest need around the clock care. What happens to them after you pass away due to age, disease or some sort of accident? Also, as the child ages and becomes an older adult, symptoms of dementia start appearing in their 40s. Alzheimers risk is 50-90% as they continue aging! By 50 or 60, a whopping 50% also begin to experience epilepsy as well. Why on Earth would any sane parent want this for their child when they can simply terminate after just being pregnant for 3 months, as in the case of the youtuber? Up to 80% of downs babies are terminated through miscarriage anyway. Nothing is more selfish in this world than a parent who wants their child to suffer throughout life because their dogma is more than important to them than their child.
