we are at 4 to 1 recovered and that number will likely improve

and NO, I do not trust the numbers out of China

but I DO trust the numbers out of Germany & South Korea

The president of the Italian Civil Protection Service actually went out of his way to remind people of the nature of Italy’s fatality figures in a morning briefing on 20/03:

I want you to remember these people died WITH the coronavirus and not FROM the coronavirus”

no one seems to be engaging with it?

why?

Not to be premature, but there IS some signs we may have seen the worst of it and things may at least be flattening out.

Interesting I've been watching most of the press briefings and have never heard this information. Especially now with the questions being asked about the general public wearing masks, I would think this would be important information. It sounds like common sense but so is washing your hands and that's been repeated non-stop.
While TRUMP seems to think if people want to wear a mask they should and suggest people use a scarf, but I noticed Dr. Birx and Fauci are hesitant to recommend people wear mask. Today Birx suggested it could give people a false sense of security from the CV and might make people think they still don't have to practice social distancing.
With it being allergy season I'm leaning on people wearing masks. And now wondering if a person sneezes and then a few minuted later you walk where that person sneezed....and now I'm feeling sick at just the though of breathing in someone after sneeze.
