Gotta love the job where you get to kill folks. And the other cops support you to break the law.
The man died at the time. Had no guns, deadly force was illegally used. The other cops should have arrested this cop at the time. BTW: Twice the killer earned "Officer of The Month.
FYI: If a civilian was at a bar, got into a fight. A person dies, the winner goes to jail to start.

TRANSLATION: Another useless druggie dies in hands of police while resisting arrest.
Well, Based on you. The Term "Resisting Arrest" should be changed to "Active Live Prey Hunt Kill on sighting"

Not always. The reason people get arrested in that kind of situation is that they don't STFU. Hell, people even get arrested for shooting burglars in their home because they don't know when to STFU.

Cops can't claim double jeopardy. The Declaration of Independence applies:

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States …
