Does this really surprise anyone? The incidents of police beating ,using tasers and shooting unarmed and in some cases people who have already been rendered helpless has been on the rise quite a while now
The militarization of our police forces and the dumbing down of the requirements to become a law enforcement officer are resulting in more and more incidents like the one described
